Retreat Terms and Conditions

General T&Cs

You are responsible for holding appropriate travel insurance for the duration of the retreat.

You must make us aware of anything relevant you're working with in your body. That includes injuries past and present as well as any ongoing health conditions or illnesses.

You are also responsible for applying good judgment during the classes whilst on retreat. You will always be invited to listen to your body and make appropriate decisions on what movements are right for you and rest when you need to.

Cancellation Policy

The 20% deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations two months before retreat start date will receive refund of 80% total price of our booking (all but the deposit).

Cancellations one month before the retreat start date will receive refund of 40% total price of your booking.

In the unlikely event we need to cancel the retreat then we reserve the right to do so and in this case you will be refunded in tull (including deposit).
